  • Please be aware that Vayu Yoga may alter the information on its website from time to time.

  •  Whilst we regularly update and ensure the accuracy of our terms of use, there may occasional mistakes or inaccurate information.

  • Vayu Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or compensate towards any late classes, changed or cancelled.

  • Vayu Yoga is not liable to refund any purchases made for any reason. For example illness, injury, or lateness.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry for a reasonable and fair reason.

  • Students that are pregnant may attend Yin or Restorative Yoga upon first enquiry and agreement of the Director. This is for your well-being during this time.

  • All participants release Vayu Yoga, its Director, employees and Teachers of all liability regarding any loss or damage to personal belongings or injury.

Class Cancellation Policy

  • Class cancellations can be made via the Momence App or through our website www.vayu-yoga.co.uk

  • Class cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before class starts.

  • Students on memberships or an intro offer who pre-book a class and cancel inside the 12-hour cancellation period will incur an £6.00 no-show fee.

  • Students using a Drop-In, 5, and 10 Class Pass who pre-book a class but are no-shows will lose their class pass.

  • Students using a Drop-In, 5, and 10 Class Pass who pre-book a class and cancel the booking outside of the 12-hour cancellation window will have the class pass put back on their account for use at a later date.

  • Class cancellations will not be accepted via social media, phone, text or email or any other form of communication.

  • Teachers and classes may be subject to change or cancellation without notice, we endeavour every effort to avoid such a circumstance.

  • Vayu Yoga Studio is not liable to refund or offer compensation for classes that are late or cancelled.

  • By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above cancellation terms & conditions.

Work-Shops, Courses and Events Cancellation Policy

  • When booking courses and workshops we do not provide a refund or credit.

  • If we can fill your space from the waitlist, we will credit the cost of the workshop or course onto your account for use at a later date.

  • If you ‘no-show’ a course, workshop or event you will not receive a refund or transferable credit.

  • If a course or workshop is cancelled, you will be offered either a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative course or workshop.

  • Please check and ensure you can attend the scheduled number of sessions on the course.

    Memberships, Intro offers, Class Passes and Drop-ins

  • Monthly memberships auto-renew and require a minimum 7 days’ cancellation notice after the initial 3-month sign-up and before your renewal date. This is viewable on your account on the Momence app or by logging into your account via the wesbite.

  • If the payment fails we reserve the right to use any other payment method linked to your account.

  • Monthly memberships require 7 days’ notice of cancellation before your next auto-renew payment, in writing to info@vayu-yoga.co.uk for processing. We do not accept cancellations via social media, text or through the website.

  • Annual membership fees are non-refundable and start on the day of purchase. Annual memberships are auto-renew unless we are notified at least 7 days before your auto-renew date.

  • The date you purchase your membership, intro offer or class packs is the date on which it commences.

  • All 5 class passes expire 6 weeks from the date of purchase, no refunds are given.

  • All 10 class passes expire 12 weeks from the date of purchase, no refunds are given.

  • Drop-ins are for one class attendance only, expire after 4 weeks from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

  • The intro offer is only available to new students of Vayu Yoga Studio. Intro Offers are available once to anyone who has not previously bought any classes.

  • Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in costs.

  • Payment needs to be made upon booking, workshops, events and classes cannot be held for students.

  • Passes and memberships cannot be shared.

  • Any unused classes will not be transferred for use at a later date.
